Where are they going?!

There are big gains resulting from Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques' scholarship project as six thousand graduates from the United States only is an unusual number and a massive addition to labor market, in addition to other graduates from other countries whose percentage may be less than that and other thousands graduated from our internal universities. This means the number of scholarships students exceeds a hundred thousand students, in addition to the others who shall graduate in the coming years and drive us out of the 3rd world towards the 2nd or even the 1st. However; the benefit shall not only result from such numbers required by our country as a long project for human development but shall be through planning of how to invest their abilities in their fields and specializations. I have no idea whether this big work had been accompanied with appropriate plans for employing them to avoid wasting such human qualified wealth that cost us many billions and from which we are expecting a bigger revenue?
Complaining from unemployment is one of the social problem aspects and an obsession that has become common. The fears rising from that these graduated may not become an extra work power but an unemployment power have become a subject for discussion among all society levels, especially because of the lack of seriousness in regard to employing the citizen instead of the contracted employee under the pretext of that they are unfit for labor market. The said pretext had been laid on by the private sector for long time. Imagine that the income of a nurse from Europe or the United States is equal to the salary of a doctor and that some 2nd grade engineers and surveyors have been contracted with by the companies for salaries which are many times double than the citizen's salary. This situation applies on the major and even smaller companies that has become escaping from employing the national competencies. It is a defect in the system, which regulations are set for servicing the foreigner, not found anywhere in the world.
The objective behind the construction of the universities, doubling their numbers, the scholarships projects & constructing ten of institutes in various specializations is not feeling proud before the quantity but is to achieve the because of which such policies and plans were set. This problem shall be doubled if no binding situation is set for providing the citizen with the priority of employment. Such problem is not going to be related to holders of certificates that qualify them to work but to a category of distinguished cadres. Leaving this process to be solved through mutual understanding with the private sector which has no similar in the world in regard to the excessive care provided to it through the provision of loans, lands, customs exemptions, contracting facilitations and compelling the companies to buy the national product did not change this sector's insistence to keep refusing the national competency. However; if they accept the national competency; they set the obstacles for it and push them to leave their jobs due to dedicating low salaries for them of which each is not equal to the salary of a technical worker!
We are heading towards a big renaissance in industry and commerce but our success is subject to our ability of dedicating work opportunities to those who deserve them. Otherwise, what the use of educating our citizens, providing them with scholarships and spending the billions if the objective is education for itself rather than for its targets and long-term project?
We are not against the private sector workers as they constitute a part of our renaissance structures construction but we are with the national competency that we support. The awareness should consider dividing the material and moral profit between the two parties of the relationship which are the state of legislation and kindness & the private sector. Otherwise, the victim shall be the citizen who represents the base and axis of development and considers that the job shall be for the competent person rather than the others!!
