Discipline with hunger?!

Muslims in this vast world welcome the month of Ramadan, in which the Quran was revealed in it to aware people, with all joy and happy emotions to live its days and nights obeying the orders or our creator by fasting it.
Fasting doesn't mean to not eat and drink in the day hours only, but to enter a spiritual phase in which all what the Muslim should be comes to surface, whether in his actions, practices, sayings, doings and what he hides and shows of getting closer to Allah and making a clear relation with the real religious core the same way we inherited from the practices of Omar Bin Al Khattab and Omar Bin Abdelaziz – God bless them. The Muslim should revise and confront himself to fix his lifestyle, relation with people and nation, as well as the extinct of honesty, love and truthfulness in his relations with the society and life affairs, did he really realize the meaning of "religion is how you deal with others"?
Imam Ghazali says about fasting that it comes in three levels, the generals fasting, the specifics fasting and the specific specifics fasting. The generals fasting is to devote to the known duties of not following the eating and sexual desires. The specifics fasting is to desist from all sins such as to not gaze at what is disgraceful, watching what you say and not hearing anything prohibited, "because all what is prohibited to be said is as well prohibited to be heard". One of the Ghazali's beautiful sayings is that it is not supposed to have a lot of the Halal food at Iftar time so that you don't get your self full, because no container is most odious to Allah more than a stomach that was filled with Halal.
And what is recommended is that the fasting person should eat his regular meal that he usually has when not fasting.
As for the specific specifics fasting, it is the fasting of heart from concerns and life thoughts other than Allah, and breaking of fasting in this level happens by thinking of anything but Allah and the day of judgment, such as thinking of life unless if it was for the religion.
There is a beautiful saying that concluded fasting in beautiful words with connotations for the observers; authorized fasting, disciplinary hunger and submission to Allah, which is a practice that is far away from the materialistic external image, where this image is nothing compared to what we must understand of fasting, because it is a high relation with Allah of pure worshiping to Allah in night and day. It is also to feel what the poor people in all places feel of need, starvation, pains and problems with life, and to get closer with these harsh struggles as well as reducing it with human act and actively participating them in their miseries and pains.
Fasting in its iconic meaning is to remind us and to fully break the soul out of all life interests and benefits.
