Many friends of mine called me asking that will I comment on the person who insults the press especially Al Riyadh and Okaz Newspapers, or will Journalists Association submit a complaint against the aforementioned person for manipulating words and insulting the press with cruel and condemning phrases. Does this topic deserve to be a "path" toward cultural, religious and social conflicts? Does it deserve to start mutual verbal insults among preachers and journalists as this person wishes? Of course not. As we need journalists and media professionals in this atmosphere of Arabic conflicts on one hand and the false pretensions on the other, we also need moderate preachers who are aware of the current Arab collapse in awareness, economy and politics. These preachers exist – Praise be to God – and are aware that the religion's first requirements is integrity. It is not the first time for this person who started the insult. He is a man who seeks fame. You must not care about who insult you and the people know his intentions and behaviors because he insult himself not others. Nobody assumes that local press, in general, and writers did not rise to defend their country and society with their pens objectively in a way that makes us notice differences between our media and others'. Also, we notice the differences between us and who thinks that his insults will elevate himself. As we are a safe country, we are in a respectable country: leader and citizens. Just tell me an era when we were terrified and threatened by assassination as others. Also, if foreigners who insult our country tried to insult another one, they would be shut up by unknown bullet in a dark night. Our ethics and citizenship will prevent us from allowing others to play with our minds and thrill our emotions.
