Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz has ordered the immediate arrest of Prince Saud bin Abdulaziz bin Musaed bin Saud bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and his associated for verbally and physically abusing citizens and residents. A video of the abusive act was circulated widely, following which the arrests were ordered. The King ordered their detention until an official court ruling is issued and submitted to him for firm and deterrent action against them. The strict action has been taken to prevent such abusive behavior, maintain the security of the state, and protect the rights of every citizen and resident. The order stressed that all measures will be taken to prevent injustice, coercion, abuse and infringement of the law by any person, irrespective of his status. It also stressed that any misuse of status by anyone will be severely dealt with, as per the rulings of Sharia.
