More than 3 years have passed since the start of the implementation of King Abdulaziz Project for Public Transportation in Riyadh. The project will be implemented in more than 225 locations along the railway network throughout the city. The design of the Riyadh train cars is distinguished by the needs of people with special needs, the plan of implementing the project, which is supervised by the Supreme Commission for the Development of Riyadh, will work on developing the urban and environmental aspects of the city by creating a modern human environment, attractive for walking. The King Abdul Aziz Transport project in Riyadh includes the construction of a bus transport network consisting of 24 tracks extending for 1,200 kilometers covering the entire city of Riyadh through 1000 buses of different sizes and capacities with a total capacity of 900,000 passengers per day, manufactured according to the highest specifications by bus manufacturers in the world.
