Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques issues a number of royal orders

Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud issued a number of royal orders with immediate effect.
In the first directive, the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, keen to provide comfort to the Saudi citizens, re-instigated all allowances, privileges and financial premiums given to civil and military state officials previously cancelled, amended or frozen as per the Cabinet's decision No. 551 dated 25/12/1437H.
He instructed the minister of finance to accredit disbursing a two-month salary as a premium for each actual participant in the front lines of the determination storm and restoration of hope who belong to either of the following government departments: interior ministry, defense ministry, National Guard and presidency of general intelligence.
According to a royal order, exams of the current academic semester for all levels of the public and university education will end before the beginning of blessed fasting month of Ramadan 1438H. The move was taken in consideration of personal circumstances facing female and male students in the Kingdom, the royal court statement said.
The Royal Orders issued by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques:
1. Relieving Prince Saud bin Abdulmohsin bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Governor of Hail Region, of his post, replacing him by Prince Abdulaziz bin Saad bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, in the rank of minister and ppointing Prince Saud bin Abdulmohsin bin Abdulaziz Al Saud as Special Advisor to Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, in the rank of minister.
2. Relieving Prince Mishaal bin Abdullah bin Abdulaziz bin Musaed bin Jalawi Al Saud of his post as Governor of Northern Borders Region, and appointing Prince Faisal bin Khalid bin Sultan bin Abdulaziz Al Saud as Governor of Northern Borders Region, in the rank of minister.
3. Appointing Prince Abdulaziz bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud as Minister of State for Energy, Industry and Mineral Resources, in the rank of minister.
4. Relieving Prince Abdullah bin Faisal bin Turkey bin Abdullah Al Saud of his post as Saudi Ambassador to the United States, and appointing Prince Khalid bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud as Saudi Ambassador to the United States of America, in the rank of minister.
5. Relieving Lieutenant General Eid bin Awad bin Eid Al-Shalawi of his post as Commander of Ground Forces, and appointing him as consultant at the office of Minister of Defense, in the rank of General Staff and promoting Maj. Gen. Fahad bin Turki bin Abdulaziz Al Saud to General Staff, and appointing him as Commander of Ground Forces.
6. Appointing Prince Abdulrahman bin Muhammed bin Ayaf Al Mugren as Secretary General of Ministers Council, in the rank of minister.
7. Relieving Prince Abdullah bin Mussad bin Abdulaziz Al Saud of his post as President of the General Authority for Sports, who was also the Chairman of its Board of Directors, and appointing Mohammed Abdulmalik Al Al-Shiekh as President of the General Authority for Sports.
8. Appointing Prince Mansour bin Muqren bin Abdulaziz Al Saud as Vice Governor of Asir Region, in the rank of minister.
9. Appointing Prince Saud bin Khalid bin Faisal bin Abdulaziz Al Saud as Vice Governor of Al-Madinah Al-Munawarah Region, in the rank of minister.
10. Appointing Prince Mohammed bin Abdulaziz bin Mohammed bin Abdulaziz Al Saud as Vice Governor of Jazan Region, in the excellent rank.
11. Appointing Prince Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud as Vice Governor of Riyadh Region, in the excellent rank.
12. Appointing Prince Ahmed bin Fahd bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud as Vice Governor of the Eastern Region, in the excellent rank.

16. Appointing Prince Ahmed bin Abdullah bin Abdulrahman Al Saud as Governor of Al-Dareya Province, in the excellent rank.
17. Appointing Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah Al-Faisal as consultant at the ministry of foreign affairs, in the excellent rank.
18. Relieving Dr. Muhammed bin Ibrahim Al-Swail of his post as Minister of Communication and Information Technology and appointing Eng. Abdullah bin Ammar Al-Sawahlah as Minister of Communication and Information Technology.
19. Relieving Khalid bin Abdullah Al-Araj of his post as Minister of Civil Affairs and appointing Dr. Essam bin Saad bin Saeed, Minister of State and Member of the Cabinet, to serve as acting Minister of Civil Affairs. According to the order, a ministerial committee, affiliated to the Royal Court was formed to complete the necessary procedures and investigations into the violations Khalid bin Abdullah Al-Arj for has committed.
20. Appointing Eng. Ibrahim Abdulrahman Al-Muamar as Governor of the General Authority for Investment, in the rank of minister.
21. Relieving Dr. Adel bin Zaid Altoraifi of his post as Minister of Culture and Information and appointing Dr. Awad bin Saleh Al-Awad as Minister of Culture and Information and Chairman of Board of Directors of the General Authority for Culture.
22. Appointing Nasser bin Abdulaziz Al-Dawood as Consultant at the Royal Court, in the rank of minister.
23. Relieving Dr. Abdulrahman bin Mohammed Al-Assami of his post as Rector of Prince Sattam bin Abdulaziz University and appointing him as Deputy Minister of Education, in the excellent rank.
24. Appointing Majed Abdullah Al-Bawardi as Deputy Minister of Commerce and Investment, in the excellent rank.
25. Appointing Eng. Tariq bin Abdulaziz Al-Faris as Deputy Minister of Municipal and Rural Affairs, in the excellent rank.
26. Appointed Eng. Mansoor bin Hilal bin Marzooq Al-Enazi as deputy minister of environment, water and agriculture, excellent rank.
