Opinion: War of Terror!

In a single air strike by the Western coalition in the Iraqi city of Mosel yesterday, more than 140 civilians were killed and buried under the rubble of their homes. These victims are not the first casualty and will not be the last in the so called war on terrorism.
Many other similar crimes took place in Afghanistan and Yemen by the American warplanes, in addition to similar crimes by the Russian warplanes in Syria.
In the aftermath of such raids, the Pentagon generals admitted that the civilians were killed and they promise to investigate. Not even "we are sorry!".
The UN however, as usual, says it was shocked. Nothing else...
Before the start of the campaign a month ago to liberate the city from ISIS, the Iraqi Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi, who met President Donald Trump, last week, asked the city's inhabitants to stay in their homes. That was a very irresponsible statement and he should bear the consequences of such a massacre.
Anyone who knows the alphabets of warfare can't understand how these so called generals in the new Trump Administration could send warplanes or use ground to ground missiles and rockets to bomb civilian localities under the pretext of fighting the terrorists.
What we can't understand is how such big powers are inefficient in information gathering with all advanced technology available at their disposal?
You can't win urban wars this way. Scorched land tactics didn't win the US victory in Vietnam; neither will they win them victory in Iraq, Afghanistan, and Syria by merely depending on air strikes.
Both the US and the Russians do not seem to have learned lessons from wars in Vietnam or Afghanistan.
This makes us wonder: are they fighting ISIS or the innocent Iraqi and Syrian children, women, and old men?.. are they killing them deliberately?
When a single American or European citizen is killed in a terrorist attack, they make a hue and cry, and when the Arab coalition's warplanes mistakenly bomb the Houthi rebels' positions and kill some civilians mistakenly, they subject this coalition to harsh criticism, but when they do this deliberately and kill Arab and Muslim civilians, they turn a blind eye to this crime.
Why is the Arab blood so cheap? Why are they turning these civilians to guinea pigs to test their weapons?
This is not a war on terrorism. This is a terrorist war!
