The first Islamic Medical Center, which provides medical services according to Sharia law, was opened for Russian people in Moscow today. The center, initiated by Victor Kesen and supported by Russia's Council of Muftis, cost $10 million. Kesen said a similar center will be opened in Gazan soon, the second of a chain of Islamic medical centers throughout Russia.
