Pilgrims moved Tuesday morning from Makkah to Mina. In line with the Prophet's Sunnah (teachings), they will spend their day and night hours in Mina, and then move early Wednesday to Arafat. Prince Naif bin Abdulaziz, the Interior Minister, and who is also the Head of the Hajj Supreme Committee, and Prince Abdulmajeed bin Abdulaziz, the Governor of Makkah region and Head of the Hajj Central Committee, followed up the process of the ascendance of the pilgrims to Mina. They issued their directives to the concerned officials to spare no effort in the service of the pilgrims, and to work for enabling them to perform their rituals in comfort and ease. Thanks to Almighty Allah and to the excellent arrangements made by the concerned authorities, the pilgrims moved easily from Makkah to Mina, while chanting 'labbaik Allahumma Labbaik (O Allah, I am here), without facings problems of traffic jam. The weather was pleasant with temperature between 30 and 18 degrees. The 5-day Hajj rituals begin today .
