Saudi newspapers highlighted in their editorials today a number of issues at local, regional and international arenas. Al-Riyadh newspaper said in its editorial that Saudi Arabia considered the cultural aspect as one of its important strategies, and its cooperation with UNESCO at the last conference held in Paris reflects this importance of culture and the Kingdom's awareness of UNESCO's role in creating the conditions for dialogue among civilizations. Okaz newspaper said in its editorial that, with the start of the IPO and the initial offering of Saudi Aramco, which started yesterday with a price range of SAR 30-32 per share, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has made a tremendous achievement by offering part of the world's largest profitable companies to the IPO with priority being given to the Saudi investor. The paper said that the high turnout that followed the company issuance of an updated prospectus for its initial public offering, included a SAR 96bn IPO for 1.5% of the company's initial value, makes it the largest IPO in the world.
