Saudi newspapers highlighted in their editorials today a number of issues at local, regional and international arenas. Al-Youm commented today in its editorial on cooperation between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and United Arab Emirates on the crisis of the south of Yemen, saying that the two sides study the conditions in the dear part of Yemen to seek to heal the rift thereof and the return of calm and stability to it. It explained that out of the importance of achieving stability and security of Yemen and the preservation of sovereignty and blocking the country's enemies to destabilize its legitimacy, came the meeting held yesterday between the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and the Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces in the presence of HRH the Crown Prince at Mina Palace to discuss the latest developments in the south of Yemen and how to contain the dispute broke out among the parties to the conflict. "There is no doubt that the sincere desire of the two countries to reach what restores security to the south of Yemen, is reflected in the formation of the Saudi-UAE Committee in Aden, which was assigned to the task of supervising the withdrawal of the "transitional" forces from the positions they have already occupied in Aden, citing the Kingdom's efforts concerning the importance of the withdrawal of the southern separatists from all the positions they had controlled in the city of Aden before any political dialogue." Al-Youm further said. The paper concluded by citing the Kingdom's great endeavor aimed at finalizing the conflict in southern Yemen in order to foil Yemen's enemies to exploit any opportunity to harm and damage its sovereignty, independence and legitimacy especially by Al-Houthi terrorist militias being supported by Iranian regime.
