Prince Turki bin Talal bin Abdulaziz, Governor of Asir Region, affirmed that the Iranian-backed Houthi terrorist militias' attempts to target civil installations in the Kingdom, including the recent attack that took place today at Abha International Airport, will not affect the security and stability of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in general and the southern regions in particular, adding that all citizens and expatriates know that all the military forces were addressing and will confront terrorists with all courage. In a press statement, Prince Turki disclosed that all injured due to the recent terrorist attack are safe and some of them left a hospital following a treatment, adding that those who remained in the hospital suffered light to minor injuries, affirming that the leadership follows the conditions of citizens and residents. The Governor of Asir Region added that a movement of navigation at Abha airport is normal, stressing the fate of the Houthi militias will disappear. He asserted that Iranian plans and plots to destabilize the Kingdom will not succeed.
