Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, and Cabinet's Member, Adel bin Ahmed Al-Jubeir, headed here Yesterday, the Saudi delegation participating in the meeting of Foreign Ministers of the OIC Member States in its 46th session. The delegation of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia included the Undersecretary of Ministry of Foreign Affairs for Political and Economic Affairs, Ambassador Dr. Adel bin Siraj Mirdad, and Undersecretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for Multilateral International Affairs, Abdulrahman Al-Rassi, Director General of the Office of the Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Ambassador Khalid bin Mus'ad Al Anqari and Saudi Ambassador to United Arab Emirates Turki bin Abdullah Aldakhil. Al-Jubeir delivered the speech of the Arab Group at the Ministerial Meeting of the OIC at the 46th session, affirming the position of the Arab Group in supporting of the Palestinian right to establish its independent state on the 1967 borders with East Jerusalem as its capital. In the speech of the Arab Group, Al-Jubeir said that one of the most important challenges facing the whole world is terrorism and extremism, expressing the Arab Group's regret at the continuation of the Iranian-backed terrorist Houthi Coup Militias against the legitimate authority in Yemen, reiterating the support for the UN envoy's efforts to reach a political solution as the Arab Group also supports all efforts to find a political solution that preserves Syria's unity. The Arab Group called on the people of Libya to be keen on building the state and its institutions and preserve its capabilities.
