Saudi newspapers highlighted in their editorials today a number of issues at local, regional and international arenas. Al-Riyadh in its editorial entitled (Leadership in shipping) wrote: The decision of the Council of Ministers to approve the maritime commercial system confirms the Kingdom's keenness to support the maritime industry and movement in accordance with international standards and its commitment to international treaties and conventions in the sector, which represents the strategic economic importance of all countries. The Kingdom's maritime system is in line with the rapid developments in international maritime trade and the vision of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia 2030. It focused on developing logistics services, enhancing the Kingdom's position in maritime transport and development of Saudi ports, including expanding its services continuously, Thus strengthening the Kingdom's position in the maritime industry and focusing on transforming it into a global logistics center. Okaz said in its editorial that the level of hope over the past two days has risen among observers of the Yemeni affairs as the conflict in the country is going to end, as a result of the consultations held in Sweden between the Yemeni parties. This is the first of the talks since the beginning of the Yemeni crisis, in which an important breakthrough if implemented on the ground, could lead to a radical change on the ground. This encouraging outcome of Sweden's consultations would not have been fruitful without the continued military pressure and heavy sacrifices by the legitimate forces, backed by the Coalition to Support Legitimacy in Yemen, which forced the Houthi militia to yield to what it had been trying to reject throughout the years of conflict after legitimizing all fronts, and recovered more than 80% of Yemeni territory. Okaz said that it hopes that the outcome of these consultations will be the beginning of the end of the backward sectarian project linked to Iran and the opening of a new page in happy Yemen.
