RIYADH — Tuwaiq Academy has celebrated, during the Black Hat 2023 event, the graduation of a new batch of Tuwaiq Cybersecurity Bootcamp students who completed their mission within 6 months. The graduates were nominated for more than 500 job interviews and 70% of them obtained job opportunities within less than 2 months from the start of the camp. The academy received a number of visitors at its pavilion in the Black Hat 2023 event and introduced them to the latest bootcamps, programs, and the education platforms in various technical fields. During the graduation ceremony Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Saudi Federation for Cybersecurity, Programming and Drones (SFCPD) Faisal Al-Khamisi spoke about the academy's efforts in developing and qualifying the national capabilities through educational camps related with the needs of the labor market. SFCPD's CEO Muteb Alqani emphasized the importance of technical skills such as cybersecurity and artificial intelligence for the future jobs. Tuwaiq Academy CEO Abdulaziz Al Hammadi commended the graduates and their exceptional efforts during the camp period. During the ceremony, registrations for 20 new programs in various fields of cybersecurity were announced.
