A tripartite meeting comprising a team of the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief), Director of the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) in Jordan Sarah Oliva, and Deputy Country Director of the UNDP Eng. Majda Al-Assaf discussed here on Monday ways to renovate schools in the Zaatari camp for Syrian refugees in Jordan. The project is part of the joint cooperation between KSrelief and UNDP to provide humanitarian aid and support for the educational process, and other needs for Jordanian-based Syrian refugees in general and students in particular. Meanwhile, in another development, KSrelief has provided shelter and food aid to Syrian refugees affected by the fire that broke out on Sunday in their camp located in the town of Bhannine, northern Lebanon. The center has also provided aid that covers the basic requirements of the affected camp residents, including tents, winter bags, and blankets, in addition to distributing food items that meet the necessary requirements of the affected families. The aid is part of the humanitarian efforts being made by Saudi Arabia, represented by KSrelief, to Syrian refugees in various refugee sites. — SG
