Qa'dah 3, 1431, Oct 11, 2010, SPA -- The 2nd Arab-African Summit concluded its deliberations in the city of Sirte, Libya on Sunday. The delegation of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to the Summit was headed by Prince Saud Al-Faisal, the Minister of Foreign Affairs. In its final statement, the Summit adopted the strategy of partnership for strengthening political, economic, social and cultural cooperation between the two sides. The Summit also decided the establishment of a joint Arab-African Fund to reduce the impacts of disasters that inflict Arab and African countries.
