The Speaker of Majlis Al-Shura of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Sheikh Dr. Abdullah bin Mohammed bin Ibrahim Al Al-Sheikh and the accompanying delegation met in Baku on Friday with Azerbaijan's Minister of Foreign Affairs Elmar Mammadyarov. During the meeting, they reviewed cooperation between the Kingdom and Azerbaijan in all fields and the enhancement of bilateral relations for the interest of the peoples of the two countries. The meeting was attended by Saudi Ambassador to Azerbaijan Ali bin Fahd Al-Dosari On the other hand, the Saudi Ambassador hosted a dinner party last night in honor of the Speaker of Majlis Al-Shura and the accompanying delegation. The banquet was attended by senior Azerbaijani officials, Chairman of Saudi-Azerbaijani Friendship Committee and Arab ambassadors accredited to Baku. In a statement to the Saudi Press Agency (SPA), the Saudi Ambassador said that the welcome accorded to Majlis Al-Shura delegation reflects strong relations between the two countries within the framework of the directives of the leaders of the two countries the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and President Ilham Aliyev and their keenness on the enhancement of bilateral relations in various fields.
