The Senior Ulema Commission has said that God Almighty has bestowed the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia with a number of graces, citing the grace of monotheism, built by late Imam Mohammed bin Saud and late Imam Mohammed bin Abdulwahab according to instructions inherited from Prophet Mohammed (pbuh), his successors and other clergies, including the four Imams, Abu-Hanifa, Malik, Al-Shafee, and Ahmed; the grace of unity, the foundation of which was laid by late King Abdulaziz bin Abdulrahman Al Saud; the grace of serving the two holy mosques, led by the rulers of the country; the grace of pledging allegiance to would-be leaders of the country based on the teachings of the holy Quran and Sunnah (sayings and deeds) of Prophet Mohammed (pbuh), the last of which has transferred the rule of the country to Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud following the death of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud who ruled the country with a kind heart and a soul that feels compassion for its dependants and people, always looking for the best in the field of religion and life alike and who offers utmost care to the two holy mosques until his death. In its 81st session held in the resort city of Taif on 6/8/1436 H., the Senior Ulema Commission said the rule of the country then moved through a smooth allegiance pledge to who was known of sincerity, kindness, courage, generosity, prudence and firmness: Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saudi as Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and King of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Once ascending the throne, King Salman issued instructions that proceeded with supporting the march of the country and unity of Muslims world, including launching the storm of determination and renewal of hope to rescue Yemen from a deviant group aiming to destabilize the country and dismantle the legitimacy of its state. In this regard, the Commission appreciates the call of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques to hold a national dialogue among all Yemenis, including the establishment of King Salman Center for Relief and Human Works to, first of all, provide Yemenis with the humanitarian needs and relief. The Commission appeals to Allah Almighty to bless the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, his work and age and preserve him as an asset for Islam and Muslims as well as the Crown Prince and the Deputy Crown Prince, wishing them every success.
