Riyadh newspaper commented in its editorial on housing, saying that the housing wheel launched quickly after four years like someone runs in his own place, adding that we are witnessing today the reforms in this file that haunts the citizens in rented apartments and houses, who account for about 40%, according to the semi-official statistics. The paper pointed out that the actions taken in spite of the speed of their approval will not be enough, but should be followed by other decisions to deal with citizens who have special circumstances such as needy people or those suffering from certain health or social conditions.
