Experts at 8th Global Competitiveness Forum called for supporting the participation of youth in the preservation of the national heritage and the need for uniting the efforts of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Arab States in the field of heritage events and exhibitions of arts and museums. This came in a session entitled "The local culture: job opportunities provided by the National Heritage'' held at the two-day Forum concluded here yesterday and organized by Saudi Arabian General Investment Authority. The Minister of Culture of the Kingdom of Bahrain Sheikha Mai bint Mohammed Al Khalifa stressed the importance of investing in culture and supporting cultural projects, reviewing the most prominent ones implemented by the State or the private sector.
