Faisal said that indicators in the reports of global development in favor of this development in the Kingdom, whereas the "Knowledge Economy Index " issued by the World Bank - whereby market, education, innovation and information technology and communication are assessed and pointed to improvememt of the overall situation of the kingdom, where it stepped from number 76 in 2000 to rank 50 in 2012 among 146 countries, but hopefully wishing to occupy one of the highest ranks.
