It is a fully transactional service that allows Samba customers to check their accounts, make payments and transfer funds through their mobile phones at anytime, and from anywhere using the same user name and login password as on Samba online. Once the application has been installed onto the relevant device, Samba customers can ‘login' to their banking accounts and effect transactions as easily as they do on a personal computer using the same user name and login password as they would to log into Samba online. The Samba Blackberry application is available for free download at the Samba online banking site. In the interest of customer protection and information security, Samba has already launched its ‘2nd Factor Authentication' security feature. It provides online and mobile banking customers with an electronic ‘token' that generates a unique password to authenticate their identity everytime they log in. __
