Jeddah — Crown Prince Muhammad Bin Naif, deputy premier and interior minister, reiterated the King's directives to facilitate all matters for citizens and promote security and comprehensive development in all regions of the Kingdom.
The Crown Prince was chairing the 22nd annual meeting of the emirs here late Sunday evening.
The meeting discussed the topics on the agenda which focused on modernization and development of the regions, ways and means of evaluating the performance of governors and senior officials, measures to tackle slums, national awareness and ways of strengthening it, relationship of governorates with secretariats and ways of developing and upgrading them.
The Crown Prince said the recommendations of the meeting were sent to Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman.
He announced the King's approval of the King Abdullah project to develop the services at governorates (Riyadah) which will make a qualitative leap in the services provided to citizens.
