This is in response to the article ‘No decision taken on limiting expats' stay, in Saudi Gazette (April 20). The labor market is a competitive market, where demand and offer must be in balance. Employers seek people who are not only qualified for a job but also educated in the right direction, mostly Beta directions. The schools, institutes and universities in the Kingdom are not delivering students with the right studies for the labor market, they lack experience where required.
