TABUK — Police arrested an 18-year-old boy after he allegedly murdered a 20-year-old man by shooting him with a gun. Tabuk Police spokesman Lt. Gen. Khalid Ghaban said a man called the police to report the death of his friend. The man said he was driving with his friend in the passenger seat when another car began following them. A passenger from the other car opened fire, killing his friend. He added that police were able to identify the driver and the shooter who confessed that he shot at the car and killed the victim. No motive for the murder was given.
