JEDDAH — Al-Rabie Saudi Foods Co. Ltd recently held an event to honor its employees who spent more than 25 years of service in the company, as well as those who passed the company's perfection program “Itqan”. The celebration held at the company's headquarters in Riyadh commended 7 employees who spent more than 25 years in the company and 28 distinguished employees who have satisfactorily passed “Itqan” program. Al-Sharif Monther bin Tarad Al-Harthi, CEO of Al-Rabie Saudi Foods Co., delivered a speech in which he praised the honorees. “The long years spent by our employees in the service of the company is the best proof for their commitments to Al Rabie and their contribution to its achievements. I would like to congratulate them for their long-term dedication in the service of the company and grateful to them for their role and contributions to Al Rabie's advancement, which has now become one of the most important companies in the Middle East.” He added: “We have to continue in enhancing our performance and exert all efforts to realize excellence in our operations process and promoting the skills of our employees.” Al Sharif encouraged the employees who spent long years in the service to employ all their experiences and knowledge for further developments and good practices in all fields and activities of the company, a matter that will doubtlessly contribute to the sustainability of success in the future.
