With reference to the article "Pakistan airstrikes kill 35 militants in northwest" (Jan 26), for the benefit of children across the world, will UN once define terrorism? We have always disagreed on the incessant frontier bashing. The tragedy of Pakistan started with the sellout of the Badaber base to US in the formative years of the country. Every fair-minded man would agree with the events following that one gross crime has been part of history. Why did the former Soviet Union invade Afghanistan? The global collusion in Afghanistan produced the jihad and the Taliban and now the global threat of terrorism. The future may yet be secured if, instead of hatred, sanity prevails.
