AL-BAHA — Al Baha Municipality announced its readiness to mark the Saudi 91st National Day and has completed all preparations to hold the celebrations. The municipality of Al-Baha confirmed that it had completed the arrangements for the National day events, as they installed 15,085 of Kingdom's flags in public squares, street lights, and on public buildings around the entire region, including cities, governorates, centers and parks. The municipality announced the implementation of 1,314 paintings presenting the National Day identity, and will be held in an area exceeding 6,000 sq. meters. The municipality, in addition, has equipped 18 TV screens displaying the most prominent landmarks in Saudi cities. They have also installed green lights on buildings, bridges and mountains over a total of 109,100 linear meters. All the 91st National Day arrangements are being made under the slogan (Heya Lana Dar), which means Saudi is our home. Al-Baha Mayor Dr. Ali Bin Muhammad Al-Sawat, launched with the participation of volunteer teams, 40 murals considered as one of the largest national murals in the Kingdom, exceeding 17,702 sq. meters. The municipality also launched 26 events around the region, including a national operetta, a fireworks show and a live painting performance, In addition to a classic cars and motorcycles parade Al-Baha Municipality said that it has improved the entrances to the main cities and prepared an amount of 269 gardens and public parks, which exceeds more than five million sq. meters. Over 11,200 gifts have been prepared to be given to citizens and residents in public places, parks and gardens on the National Day.
