It reflects their confidence in the efficiency levels of the Kingdom's human resources in various specialties. Such optimism does not come as a knee jerk response, but as a result of the leadership's continuing dedication towards citizens' welfare for the present and future. Despite the unfavorable political, security and economic situation in the Middle East, the Kingdom has maintained its development process and productivity levels. Efforts to maintain its pace of development have never been abandoned. While the world is faced with growing economic and political challenges, the Kingdom has not in any way compromised on its long-term interests. King Salman's orders tackled various issues of concern to the nation and nationals. He has decreed the appointment of emirs and deputy emirs in the regions, in addition to ministers, ambassadors and officials in various posts. The King has emphasized that the royal orders were to ensure the continuity of the development march dating back to the era of late King Abdulaziz. The royal decrees are founded in the transformation process which the Kingdom in undergoing as part of the Saudi Vision 2030. The Vision covers several strategic plans encompassing all organs of the government. It has been received with great enthusiasm by the Saudis who see their country progressing towards a well-planned future based on their own competencies. It is their productivity and commitment that is expected to bring the change.
