In attachment of the a statement issued on 23/10/1436H regarding a terrorist attack targeted worshipers in a mosque at Emergency Forces Command in Asir region on 21/10/1436H which resulted in martyrdom of 11 security personnel and 4 Bangladeshi workers in addition to injuring 33 people, the Security Spokesman of the Interior Ministry stated that the security authorities are enabled to disclose stages of this terrorist cowardly attack as follows: First: Yousef Suleiman Abdullah Al-Suleiman, suicide bomber and Saudi national, is linked with a terrorist group where it was announced on 3/12/1436H on attacking two dens of the terrorist groups, the first is located at Al-Monsiah district in Riyadh and the second is in Dharma province. It provided a shelter for him when he came from Jouf Region to Riyadh region in an apartment at Falah district. This apartment is stormed on Monday, 15/12/1436H. Then, the terrorist group moved to a location in Dharma province where Yousef Al-Suleiman trained there to wear and use the explosive belt and recorded his will with sound and image for broadcasting it after the operation. Second: After he completed his training and recorded his will, he was transferred from Riyadh region to Asir region by Fahad Falah Al-Harbi, Saudi nationality, who was arrested on Monday, 15/12/1436H, to join there a terrorist cell led by/ Saeed Ayed Al Deir Al-Shahrani, Saudi nationality. Then, Fahad Falah Al-Harbi transferred an explosive belt on his car from Riyadh region to Asir region with his wife/ Abeer Mohammed Abdullah Al-Harbi, Saudi nationality, taking advantage of his wife's position as a woman to hide the explosive belt. Third: At the day of implementing the terrorist act, Yousef Suleiman Abdullah Al-Suleiman wore the explosive belt and went to the headquarters of Emergency Force in Asir region with the help of a cell's element / Selah Ali Ayed Al-Deir Al-Shahrani, solider at the Emergency Private Forces, who was influenced by the ideas of his uncle/ Saeed Ayed Saeed Al-Deir Al-Shahrani, wanted, and abused the confidence and betrayed his colleagues with meanness and lowliness and is guided by his uncle's criminal instructions. At the beginning, he was managed to cover his heinous crime before the security authorities are managed to arrest him and two of those involved in this terrorist act / Fouad Mohammed Yahya Al Dahoee and Saleh Fahd Dhakheel Al-Daraan, Saudi nationalities, while the rest are hidden themselves, They are: 7. Mubarak Abdullah Fahad Al-Wadani Al-Dosari (Saudi Nationality) 8. Mohammed Sulieman Raihan Al-Saqri Al-Enazi ( wanted within the list of 16 announced on 16/8/1436H) 9. Mutaiee Salem Yaslam Al-Sairee (Saudi Nationality) The Interior Ministry wants to warn anyone to deal with these wanted, stressing that this announcement is an opportunity to communicate with the security authorities to clarify their positions in order to avoid any criminal accountability. The Ministry of Interior calls on everyone who has information about anyone of them to report about them on number (990) or to the nearest security authority, being informed that anyone reports about anyone of them will get the rewards decided in the Royal Decree No. 46142/8 dated on 26/09/1424H, which provides for granting a financial reward amounting to one million riyals for each one providing information leading to the arrest of a wanted, and the reward increases to five million riyals in the case of the arrest of more than one wanted and to seven million riyals in the case of thwarting a terrorist operation. 1.
